Matthew Alix is a dedicated and experienced mortgage professional. Matthew specializes in many programs, including refinances, purchase pre-qualifications, doctor loans, and temporary buy-downs to help assist in your personal mortgage needs. He will guild you through the complex world of mortgage financing and go over all avenues to make sure he can advise you on your specific financial goals.  

Communication is the most important part of the lending process; Matthew will make sure you are updated throughout the entirety of getting your loan closed. Making a point to be available to you even outside of office hours and over weekends to ensure a smooth process every step of the way to ensure we meet your mortgage goals.

Matthew attended The University of Cincinnati with a focus on Finance. He then entered the mortgage industry in 2019 with a goal to help people achieve and navigate through the world of homeownership.  

Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing and playing hockey with his father; a past-time that they have done together since Matthew was a child. Matthew is very family oriented and has family dinners weekly where he gets to sit down at the dinner table with all his close family including his two beautiful nieces.
