Carlton Hockaday is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. He attended the University of Phoenix and graduated with a Business Administration Degree. After Several years of holding various positions in lending and finance, Carlton became a Mortgage banker in 2016.
Carlton comes to us here at Oxford Home Lending with a drive to succeed in helping his clients as much as possible. Throughout his career, he noticed both exceptional and subpar experiences with bankers during the home-buying and refinancing process. These encounters inspired him to become a better Mortgage Banker, leveraging his leadership skills to guide his clients through the intricate process of acquiring a home and refinancing any existing home. Having personally benefited from the support of outstanding Mortgage Bankers, Carlton remains committed to providing the same level of excellence to his clients. Carlton lives in Columbus, Ohio, and is happily married. He and his wife are raising their teenage son who is navigating high school. In his free time, you can find Carlton playing with their dog Bruno or assisting his son with schoolwork and basketball.
